Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch. “Dispatched” means your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is en route to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.

Delivery times depend on your location and start after your order has been dispatched. Here are the estimated transit times by region:

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is essential to provide complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. Incomplete information can lead to delays or cancellations. For system-detected address issues, our customer support team will reach out within 3 business days to confirm your shipping information. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.
Delayed Delivery
At Callio Pet, we strive for prompt delivery, but occasionally delays may occur due to factors outside our control — such as carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or transit issues. We will work with the courier to resolve any issues and keep you updated.

Lost or Stolen Packages
While we hand over each package to our trusted carriers, Callio Pet cannot control events once it’s in transit. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us via our Contact Us page. We recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim; they may require additional information.
We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf and keep you informed. While Callio Pet cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to assist. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package is not recovered.
